Sold Stuff

The Residences at W Atlanta – Downtown have offloaded one of three remaining penthouses and, in doing so, logged the highest-priced sale of a downtown condo this year, officials tell Curbed. A two-story penthouse with more than 3,400 square feet sold for $1.2 million, leaving two never-occupied penthouses for sale (starting price: $1.4 million) at a building that opened back in 2009. According to a press release, the sale can partly be attributed to "downtown's continued revitalization, including the streetcar, impending mixed-use conversion of Underground Atlanta and the redevelopment of multiple other sites such as Turner Field."
