Townhome fever is once again afflicting Buckhead's party district. The next strand, under construction now, is called St. Andrews, and the first units to hit the market suggest price points will begin around $800,000. This project by Monte Hewett Homes — their work is popping up from Avalon to Decatur to Serenbe — is rising on East Andrews Drive, between Roswell and West Paces Ferry roads, near the gigantic Camden Paces development, which has its own slate of for-rent townhomes (at more than $5,000 per month). The three-bedroom townhomes pictured above are part of the "Tuxedo plan," and at 2,278 square feet cost as much as $839,900 (for an end-unit) so far. That buys Wolf appliances, a brick terrace, a master bath with separate walk-in closets and walkability to Whole Foods and dive bars o' plenty. Living here, the listing promises, will also cut commute times and afford residents the opportunity to play all day, like children.
