Prices have soared a staggering 27.3 percent for Class-A office space in Atlanta since the first quarter of 2014, placing us at the top spot for the time period. Despite the rate-hike uncovered in a recent JLL study, Atlanta's price per square foot of $25.80 sits well below the national average.
