Across Atlanta, we've seen old shipping containers reborn recently as contemporary houses, elevated offices and super-cool sausage emporiums, but Serenbe has taken the craze to histrionic proportions. At this agrarian paradise southwest of downtown, Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams have transformed three shipping containers into the most sophisticated Serenbe Playhouse set to date, officials said. The repurposed steel boxes (see before and after pics above) will host the Tennessee Williams classic A Streetcar Named Desire through June 28. [Photos courtesy Serenbe.]
