In a sign that Atlanta's high-end condo market is bouncing back, the One Museum Place project in Midtown has notched more than $30 million in presales before its sewer system is even in the ground. All told, the boutique John Wieland development will offer 42 homes — from about $600,000 to $3.6 million — and the first phase of 14 are all under contract, atlantaSKYrise blog reports.
