BUCKHEAD — Landmark Diner is in a bit of hot water with the Fulton County Department of Health. After the restaurant failed three out of five inspections, including the most recent with a 44 rating, the health department asked Landmark to voluntarily close. It refused, which led to citations in court. Owner Tom Lambrou said of the issue, "We're clean."
