While the walls may be coming down at Tyler Perry's Fort McPherson development, the City of Atlanta has found itself on the hook for establishing connectivity on the site. The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports that a new road, paralleling an existing road which Perry plans to privatize, will cost the city $510,000, riling some residents who say Perry should be responsible for the costs. After all, compared to the price of Perry's just-unveiled Le Palace Chattahoochee, a half-mil is really just chump-change. [Image via ABC]
