This week, Greystar officials announced that preleasing has begun at Atlanta's latest Elan community, Elan Lindbergh, and they said the "well-appointed apartment homes" will boast an amenity package "that will distinguish (them) from nearby communities." It's time to put your vote where their mouth is. We've placed Elan Lindbergh vis-à-vis with Broadstone Court, a reasonably similar complex up the road that's coming online at about the same time. After the jump, have a gander at renderings, photography and a rundown of both projects' extensive amenities. And then cast a vote for which almost-finished apartment project would get your deposit right now.

BROADSTONE COURT, BUCKHEAD VILLAGE:
Name: Broadstone Court
Status: Construction wrapping; leasing begins any day now
Units: 250
Locale: Just off Peachtree Road in Buckhead Village.
Options: Studio, one and two bedrooms
Dubious aspects: Faux-wood flooring, Buckhead Atlanta traffic, MARTA station is a hike away and community name sounds like a cemetery.
Serious perks: Retail and food galore. Like, everywhere. All directions. No need to drive.
Notable amenities: Cabana and fireplace with "intimate seating," deluxe outdoor bar with a drink trough and ice-maker, a yoga and spin studio with cardio on-demand fitness videos and whatever a TRX System is.
For fun: That drink trough.
Also: Electric-vehicle chargers, Moen® fixtures in kitchens and baths.
Range of rents: It's a little too early for floor plans and pricing, but it's likely these will be more expensive than the competition, but surely a discount on The Residences of Buckhead Atlanta, where studios start at about $1,600.
