Atlanta's tallest tower isn't immune to the tech-hub craze spurred by large-scale, local technology centers like Ponce City Market and the Atlanta Tech Village. A new leasing team tapped to fill the half-empty Bank of America Plaza will target technology companies as potential renters, the AJC reports. The giant cigarette skyscraper has traditionally been home to law firms and bankers, but the new brokers believe, "Bank of America is one of the best assets in the city and is positioned to perform well in the years to come, considering its location in the city's hotbed for talent."
