Attention all cult leaders: This Marietta listing, marketed as "one of the most unique properties in metro Atlanta," includes three separate houses and an ultra-private, six-acre mountaintop. You read that right — the whole mountaintop. In the span of about 100 words, the listing emphasizes three times that the ENTIRE summit is included, asserting that this might be the only complete mountaintop owned by a private party in the region. The views, which are truly 360-degree, span for a hundred miles, from the North Georgia mountains to Midtown. The property also has lightning-rainbows (see photos) and more WTF moments than a Cobb County budget meeting. We're told that two homes here are "midcentury" — the lookout-tower house notwithstanding — and they definitely exude that vibe. All told, you'll find four bedrooms, two and ½ bathrooms and one oddly shaped swimming hole. With some landscaping enhancements and a few hundred thousand in renovations, this could be one amazing compound. But the asking price of $1.35 million might not leave much room for that.
