It's official: The majority of Fort McPherson (330 acres) is now owned by movie mogul and French-style mansion peddler Tyler Perry, and key players seem elated with the deal despite complaints from neighbors and one state senator who's called Perry's discount on the land "unconstitutional." Perry, who paid $30 million, vowed in a statement to help "lift this area to the greatness that we know it could be."
