According to a Curbed tipster, dirt has begun to move at the future site of Post Midtown Millennium, and city documents would seem to back that up. Permits were filed last month to allow the 23-story building to go up over the MARTA rail lines leading to Midtown Station (but don't expect a direct MARTA connection). The Preston Partnership is leading the building team, which is slated to add 356 units to an already booming Midtown market. The building has been in planning for more than a decade and would be located just behind the Federal Reserve at 11th Street and Peachtree Walk. At this rate, there won't be a surface lot left in Midtown — or we can only hope.
