In an interview with Forbes titled, "Jim Jacoby Wants To Build A New Hollywood In Atlanta," the longtime suburban developer and driving force behind Atlantic Station expounds on his vision for The Atlanta Media Campus & Studio — a massive film, TV and game production facility in Norcross. Jacoby foresees the project being more than a temporary stop for large-scale productions, instead offering several local film schools, a media business incubator, retail space, apartments and a hotel "where stars can unwind between takes," writes Forbes. In the interview, Jacoby notes that the facility has already etched itself into the Guinness Book of World Records. [Rendering: thejacobygroup.com]
