The explosive growth of Midtown's Spring Street will continue at the corner of 16th Street if developer Pollack Shores Real Estate Group has their way. In the works is a five-story, 256-unit project called "1270 Spring" that would rise between the booming thoroughfare and The Connector. Also included in the plans: 13,500 square feet of retail space, all across the street from where presidential hopeful Donald Trump once failed to build two condo towers.
