St. Joseph's Hospital on Pill Hill in Sandy Springs is hoping to cash in on the apartment craze sweeping the city. But neighbors in nearby Brookhaven aren't exactly giddy with plans to place the 305-unit, five-story complex next to subdivisions along Old Johnson Ferry Road, according to the Dunwoody Crier. Interestingly, the development is being proposed by North American Properties — known for urban redevelopments like Atlantic Station, apartments around Old Fourth Ward and the standalone city Avalon. Proof, once again, that the Perimeter is piping hot.
