Steven Cesinger knows his real estate. Formerly the COO and CFO of (anti-)developer Dewberry Capital, Cesinger is trying to unload his 7,500-square-foot Buckhead palace. Adorned with all the expected luxury of a home in the wealthiest zip code in Atlanta, the place screams, "Regal French country chateau, y'all." It has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a whole lot of intricate molding. While the basement has all the normal trappings of a Buckhead mansion — movie theater, large gym, etc. — there's also an art gallery, sauna and game room complete with shuffleboard, billiards and air hockey. Cesinger parted ways with Dewberry almost five years ago to found his new venture, Valor Hospitality Partners, and his pad can be yours if you can part ways with about $4 million.
