Midtown Hotel could Devour Parking Lot Next to 4 Seasons

An Atlanta developer hopes to build a dual-branded hotel on a smallish surface parking lot next to the Four Seasons in Midtown. According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Noble Investment Group plans to bring their hotel proposal to Midtown's Development Review Committee next week, but for now, almost all specifics are under wraps. Noble is developing the AC by Marriott hotel at Phipps Plaza, and they aren't the only company to propose a new hotel near the High Museum. North Point Hospitality Group has pitched a Hampton Inn & Suites that would climb roughly 18 stories at the corner of 15th and Peachtree streets. That project remains in planning stages, according to the Midtown Alliance.
