Westside Redevelopment is Tweaking Retail Approach

A warehouse flip near the White Provision district is getting a little more bark where its bite was supposed to be. Next door to Westside Ironworks (another adaptive-reuse project west of Midtown), a venture called 1071 Howell Mill Road has signed BluePearl veterinary clinic to take all but 4,000 square feet of the 13,000-square-foot build-out, What Now Atlanta reports. Formerly a vacant warehouse, the project was initially pitched by developer Westbridge Partners as a collection of boutique restaurants, retail and possibly residences or offices. Joining Fido and kitty will be a JuicyGreen and a health-driven restaurant by the Yeah! Burger guys. Those three tenants will apparently fill all available space.
