While many Atlantans have expressed displeasure with the Atlanta Streetcar for its lengthy delays and cost overruns, a few masked rapscallions took their aggression out in a creative way, spraying graffiti on three cars parked under the Downtown Connector early Monday morning. Surveillance video posted online by the Atlanta Police Department shows two hooded figures providing the streetcars with their new "urban grunge" livery just before 2 a.m. on Monday. Police are asking for help in identifying the two graffiti writers responsible — and offering $2,000 in the process.
