Predictably, the upcoming townhomes a block from Turner Field's parking lots will offer a cheaper option for Atlanta's semi-detached housing hunters, as opposed to hotter markets such as the Old Fourth Ward. Prices haven't been set in stone, but agent Tristain Yankosky-O'Donnell tells Curbed that 472 Martin townhomes will start in the low-$300,000s, offering three and four bedrooms and up to 2,520 square feet. O'Donnell says the project should deliver no later than January and that prices will fluctuate based on elevation (i.e., downtown views). Post-2016 plans for the massive sports complex around the corner are still in limbo, of course, but it sounds increasingly unlikely that Summerhill's future will include the ring-a-ding-ding of slot machines.
