It's been a long time coming, but the Met@Phipps, a townhouse development near Phipps Plaza in Buckhead, has arrived on the scene, with style and price commas to boot. Designed by local firm Smith Dalia — the folks behind a slew of projects including Inman Quarter — the homes feature dark wood floors throughout the living spaces, double-height rooms and tons of windows. There are currently three homes listed for sale of the 11 total in the development. Given the project's location and high-end finishes, a cool $1 million will buy three bedrooms and four bathrooms across 3,500 square feet. The images accompanying the listings show that these homes look every bit a million bucks (in this economy, at least), though it's hard to tell if some of them are renderings or photos... Regardless, they're pretty darn sexy.
