A batch of new renderings lends a better idea of exactly how posh Buckhead’s latest townhome node will be — a 10-unit offering on Lenox Road designed by architects who had hands in Ponce City Market’s overhaul.
Units at "Boulevard at Lenox" have begun hitting the market this week between $1.15 and $1.25 million. Predictably posh, these four-story properties with elevators, rooftop decks (with wet bars and fireplaces), and guest parking for each unit are replacing a long-derelict home on Lenox near Sidney Marcus Boulevard.
Designed by local firm Surber Barber Choate + Hertlein Architects, all townhomes in the gated community will feature CloPay-Avante glass garage doors and the option to chose from color palettes and finishes by Susan Bozeman Designs.
Renderings below are for a $1.25-million listing with three bedrooms, four 1⁄2 bathrooms, a sprawling 3,729 square feet, and nifty floating staircases. Other perks include the Thermador kitchen, home audio, and the unit's prewiring for electric-car charging.
The listing agent describes the location near major highways and MARTA as "prime," predicting, "These will sell out fast!"
