New modern Brookhaven townhomes hitting the market at $439K

New, 2 comments

Units have rooftop terraces, private yards, and prices not catered exclusively to the ultra-wealthy

Several freshly built modern townhomes could soon hit the market in Brookhaven — at prices that might not make frugal homebuyers' eyeballs melt.

Listed at $439,900, each 2,100-square-foot townhome has 10-foot ceilings on the lower level as well as fenced, private backyards.

The relatively moderate prices could be reflective of the just-off-Buford-Highway location, as opposed to new townhome offerings closer to Peachtree Road. The locale does offer walkability to choice, cheap eateries. And Auto Zone.

Each three-bedroom, four-bathroom dwelling has a covered rooftop terrace and sun deck, as well as hardwoods throughout, custom cabinetry, granite counters, a walk-in closet, two car garage, and a futuristic central vacuum system.

According to a tipster, phase one of the construction process for six units is nearly complete — with a total completion date roughly 10 weeks away.
