$3M Buckhead house is a tri-level colossus

New, 10 comments

Interior previews look rather tasteful, however

The square footage of this under-construction Buckhead colossus appears to be a closely guarded secret. Or maybe numbers just don’t go that high.

Scheduled for completion in early 2017, this tri-level project off Northside Parkway — all but overlooking Interstate 75 — appears to be a legit apartment building or boutiquey condo complex at first glance.

Nope, it’s a house. With an elevator.

The available (and refreshingly realistic) renderings show at least three large, elevated outdoor lounging options here — and three towering chimneys.

Inside, the voluminous spaces look rather beautifully appointed. The listing stresses that every aspect is custom and one-of-a-kind, boasting six bedrooms, seven and 12 bathrooms, a game room (with the mother of all wine coolers), and dual walk-in closets in the master. For the king and queen of this ridiculously vast kingdom, anything less would be uncivilized.

It listed this week at $2.95 million.
