A second Real Housewives of Atlanta star has made a big move this fall.
According to Straight From the A, Phaedra Parks purchased a Buckhead mansion back in October — a month after co-star Porsha Williams bought in Duluth. And Parks will definitely have room to stretch out.
Sitting on the border of Atlanta and Sandy Springs, the 9,000-square-foot home features six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor space for entertaining.
Parks, who signed the deed “Phaedra P. Nida, an unmarried woman,” paid $1.9 million for the home.
Clearly, she has found success — or the show pays a lot more than one would think — since she sold her snoozer of a home in Smyrna for just $350,000 back in 2014.
