Price is relatively low, but O4W’s Beltline stretch isn’t exactly next door

In the western reaches of Old Fourth Ward, townhomes have been selling for months at this traditional-style, brick community that represents a somewhat cheaper — or way cheaper — option than competing units in the neighborhood.

What appears to be the least pricey option left on the market here is a three-bedroom residence that spans an impressive 2,760 square feet. You’ll find this gated community (with pool) on Felton Drive, between Central Park Place and Boulevard, with easy proximity to Central Park and walkability to Ponce City Market but a not-so-stellar (for Old Fourth Ward, at least) Walk Score of 69.

The decorated model unit gives an idea what to expect here on Felton Drive.

For dish enthusiasts, perks include kitchen cabinetry literally to the ceiling. Other highlights, beyond roomy floorplans: the cozy and covered back decks, marble countertops (in some instances), and spaces for wine coolers.

Other units have sold in recent months for as high as $615,000. Which could explain why this place underwent a price increase of $10,000 in November.
