In Peachtree Heights East, smack-dab between Lindbergh and Peachtree Road, this beefy new construction is the latest Buckhead property to launch drones as a means of capturing its immensity — but not necessarily selling the house.

With five bedrooms and the mother of all mudrooms, this $1.39-million offering is a more grandiose version of Craftsman-style new homes popping up across Atlanta, with larger proportions, greater attention to detail (all closets boast custom shelving), and Thermador Professional Series appliances.

Other perks include the home’s positioning at the cusp of Alexander Park, the screened porch off the master, and that rare giant mirror in the butler’s pantry. Strangely, the square footage seems a closely guarded secret

This “stunning new construction” first listed in June at the same price. Which explains all the fully green deciduous trees those drones were seeing. And it could help explain why this place hasn’t traded since.
