Recently, The Office opened its leasing doors and made available all of its trendy loft-style apartments downtown.
Built into a former office building that overlooks The Connector, The Office is situated at 250 Piedmont Ave. behind the Hilton Atlanta. In line with other luxury developments, the 20-story building features a laundry list of amenities including a pool, gym, dog park, and access to the Sky Bridge, a rain-protected tunnel to MARTA.
The Office is just the latest in a deluge of upscale apartments in Atlanta. So it seems like a good time to have a look around at the competition. (Note: Not all square footages are comparable, but this gives an idea what it'll take to get into a swanky one-bedroom across Atlanta right now).
