From the ashes of a huge asphalt parking lot in Midtown, the neighborhood's latest mixed-use tower complex is nearing completion.
According to floorplans on Alta Midtown's website, apartments will range from 600-square-foot studios to two-bedrooms in the range of 1,300 square feet. Prices aren't listed yet.
Meanwhile, the amenities component hints that Alta Midtown is aiming to stand out from the crowd.
Beyond the requisite fitness club, concierge, and car-charging stations, offerings will include a resort-style saline pool, 24-hour coffee bar, Wi-Fi commons area with Google Fiber, and a huge courtyard greenspace with barbecues.
Plus, whatever this is: "Sports Cafe Equipped with Glass Nanawall® for Entertaining Friends & Colleagues."
