How Has Atlanta Changed? We Want to See Your Photos

We want to showcase the transformations you've seen

Atlanta is a city in the midst of massive transformations. Perhaps you've noticed? Entire streets changing in the course of a year or two, parking lots transformed into parks, and our homes getting much-needed facelifts. Transforming the places we inhabit is integral to the human condition. At some point in our lives we've all renovated something, and we know you have stories!

Next week Curbed is running its first-ever Renovation Week, and we want to see and hear how Atlanta has changed for you. Whether you've given your apartment a facelift, documented how your neighborhoods have changed, transformed your weed-filled yard into a stunning garden, or torn down walls for that long-awaited room expansion, we want to see it, before and after.

Post your city transformation and home renovation before-and-after photos on Instagram with #Curbed, share them with your stories in the comments below, or send an email to community@curbed.com.

What were the challenges you faced? Did your contractor quit halfway through? Were you thousands of dollars over budget? Or did everything go according to your painstakingly laid out plans (ha!)? What is your favorite part of the final results? If you did it all over again, what would you change?

During Renovation Week, we'll round up the best contributions and post them right here on Curbed.
