Two Insanely Extravagant Suburban Atlanta Homes

These Roswell and Snellville homes are just nuts

Ever wonder how the other half lives? Here's an interesting fact: There are human beings Outside The Perimeter who reside in homes with their own salons, indoor basketball courts, and small-scale concert venues.

Don't believe it? Here's proof:

This Snellville home has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and square footage that's almost comparable to Walmart — 18,084 square feet. Highlights: indoor basketball court, racquetball court, and Moroccan-themed cineplex theater (well, why not). The cost: $4.35 million.

It debuted on the market almost two years ago at $5.3 million. Must be a tough sell, for some reason.

For $5 million even, a prospective homebuyer gets six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and 23,700 square feet of Roswell real estate, including their very own movie theater (duh), a big, beautiful pool, and a very regal-looking double staircase entryway. Plus, a six-car garage.

For those wondering, this place was built with UPS money.
