At the cusp of Piedmont Park in Midtown, a rare new condo building has quietly risen into existence on 15th Street, offering just six units and prices that reflect its primo location.
Finished earlier this year, the Ansley Green project by Kim King Associates is one of just three new Midtown(ish) condominium projects to have come online recently — or in the case of John Weiland's One Museum Place, to arrive soon. According to Virgent Realty, four of the Ansley Green condos have been spoken for.
A remaining unit is asking $729,900 for two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,840 square feet.
Judging by sample listing photos (see below), the units are modern with a classical bent. Perks include 10-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens, "fine molding," and a rooftop terrace with a resident lounge and bar.
There's no pool and no mention of a gym, but a building of just six units might be too exclusive to support such things.
