The developer of a mixed-use project in Decatur is meeting Monday night with community members at a local church to discuss plans for the development, which includes apartments, restaurants/retail, and a 365 by Whole Foods grocery store.
According to the AJC, S.J. Collins Enterprises scheduled a required pre-submittal meeting for the project at 7 p.m. Monday at North Decatur United Methodist Church, a gathering that aims to explain zoning and land use changes and could involve discussion with surrounding neighborhood groups.
The anchor tenant, 365 by Whole Foods, is a concept with high grocery standards that apparently won’t claim a whole paycheck.
The project — North Decatur Square — is about a half mile outside Decatur on Church Street between North Decatur Road and Milscott Drive.
