AMLI has unveiled its website for the latest apartment tower project coming online in Buckhead. Billed as AMLI 3464, the 19-story tower at the CityPlace site should be move-in ready this fall, officials say.
According to the site, the building will feature a doorman, private movie theater and refreshment bar, a Starbucks coffee lounge, a bike room for 90 bicycles, and a skyline lounge on the 19th floor.
Each unit features 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, and wood floors. In addition, penthouse units boast private entrances, terraces, high-end appliances (including rare-for-apartments wine fridges), 12-foot ceilings, and views including Stone Mountain and the Buckhead skyline.
Back in April, we scoped out work on the site. With the tower topped out, construction focused on the cladding of the building as well as construction of the five-story portions wrapping the parking deck.
Plans have been in place for more than two years to bring the ambitious project to fruition, transforming a 16-acre tract of forest into a bustling residential area just a block from Lenox Square and the Lenox MARTA station. Not even a crane collapse back in October stalled construction for too long.
The tower sits on the northern edge of the newly opened Marie Sims Park as part of a multi-building development by AMLI.
