Sixty11th, the latest offering at the 12th & Midtown mega-development, is now open, and while Atlanta apartments might be some of the largest in the country on average, these new units definitely don’t come cheap.
According to a press release, monthly rents begin at $1,638 for studio apartments, which tops the prices at YOO on the Park down the street but is still cheaper than Ponce City Market studios.
Meanwhile, rates at Sixty11th are $1,771 for one-bedroom homes, $2,844 for two-bedrooms, and $3,879 for three-bedroom units.
Jutting up 20 stories between 11th and 12th streets on Crescent Avenue, the building epitomizes the latest in ultra high-end luxury. Each unit includes quartz countertops, Energy Star appliances, designer fixtures, USB charging outlets, floor-to-ceiling window walls, and panoramic city views, as well as gigabyte connectivity.
Meanwhile, shared amenities include a saltwater pool with tanning ledges and waterfall, a landscaped terrace with outdoor fireplaces, grilling stations, and outdoor dining areas, and a full amenities floor with a club room, game room, and fitness center.
Construction took 18 months, but given Midtown's recent (and oncoming) job growth, it's not a stretch to think plenty of people will be willing to shell out the dough to fill up the building in a much shorter timeframe.
