Condo-hunters who decry a lack of supply in Atlanta might consider heading to the burgeoning Westside, but as with other hot districts, sizable residences here don’t come cheap these days.
Take this recently listed three-bedroom unit at White Provision condos, perched above West Egg Cafe and such. There’s only one higher floor here, which means this floorplan captures some pretty stellar skyline views through its oversized windows.
The $489,000 asking price also snags a kitchen with silestone counterops, hardwood floors, two and 1⁄2 bathrooms, pool access, and a generally clean, classic look, which most of these condos have. It last sold in 2012 for $96,000 less.
It’s impressive that designers worked three bedrooms into 1,530 square feet — as we can see in listing photos that appear to be a hodgepodge of Instagram pics and old Airbnb promos, but which get the point across.
The 81 Walk Score reflects the area’s emergence as vibrant urban destination. But it’d probably be significantly higher with a sizable nearby park.
