It’s small, but 833-square-foot townhome oozes personality

The dimensions of this loft "townhome" sound small, but if the photos are any indication, the architects and/or designers of this 833-square-foot dwelling have done a lot with little.

Billed as "Bohemian Rhapsody in Old Fourth Ward," the unique one bedroom, one and a half bathroom home has been listed at $260,000.

One of seven loft homes in a gated area around the way from Historic Fourth Ward Park, this one — No. 5 — has some character: a spiral staircase, beamed ceilings, and "soaring windows" are par for its course.

There’s also "rich, weathered flooring thru-out (sic.), industrious kitchen ... creatively updated master retreat," and tons of other quirky and interesting features to be found within the small confines, as well as a diminutive nook-of-a-patio and private garden.

Bohemian Rhapsody? That’s in the eye of the beholder, but this little guy’s got personality — that’s for sure.
