Unique modern on the Atlanta market: $650K

Oddball "South Beach meets California style" dwelling located in Lindridge Martin Manor

The listing for this modern home in Lindridge Martin Manor describes it as "South Beach meets California," but some would say it might as well be from outer space in the Atlanta market.

Built in 1949(?) according to Fulton County property records (maybe just the foundation?), the dwelling was designed by the award-winning (and what appears to be the now-defunct) architectural team of Laslie-Williams.

It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 2,371 square feet. The listing agent boasts of an open floor plan, a kitchen with glazed stone floor, stainless steel appliances, a spacious master suite with private balcony, wet bar, walk-in closet with built-ins, mosaic tiled bathroom with double vanity, a large shower, and separate tub.

While there’s some pretty cool stuff on the inside, the outside may look to some a bit less inviting. That being said, you can’t judge a book by its cover — er, its stucco facade.
