Perched on a hill next to the Edgewood Retail District, this beefy new-build has a classic sort of elegance throughout, a kitchen that actually contains color, and what looks like heartening attention to detail (see: laundry room tiling).

But it’s outside where we find the real kicker — an almost absurd amount of outdoor leisure options that include two wraparound porches, a more-than-ample back porch, plus a sort of attached pergola.
It’s not a common look for new Atlanta housing stock, but it’s one that should agree with T-shirt winters.
As with other Buffalo Creek projects, it weaves new construction with reclaimed materials so seamlessly the old stuff is difficult to spot. Having risen from a formerly vacant lot, the home counts a two-car garage, rare (but unfinished) basement space, and decent 71 Walk Score, though the listing stresses the Beltline, Inman Park, and Little Five Points are all within walking distance. (Also within walking distance: two Mattress Firm locations within sight of each other).
But the house might not be as large as it appears from the street, with three bedrooms, two and 1⁄2 bathrooms, and unadvertised square footage. It does, however, have partial downtown skyline views.
The price: $599,900.
