Co-working spaces are popping up across Atlanta, from Buckhead to Old Fourth Ward, and to even the more formal business district of downtown.
To appeal to small companies and self-employed people, these flexible co-working offices can offer pretty luxe amenities, such as hospitality services, networking and social opportunities, and bomb style.
Now, Regus has announced the launch of two new co-working office ventures, which they’re calling simply “Spaces.”
The first to open will be in Midtown on Peachtree Street in a formerly corporate office building at 3rd Street. An overhaul of the 1970s-vintage mid-rise office block is just one of many projects bringing new investment to the southern reaches of the neighborhood.
Plans call for that location to open Feb. 6.

Meanwhile, the second location breaks the mold a bit when it comes to typical co-working locales.
This spring, as Braves baseball is cranking up at SunTrust Park, “Spaces” will unveil its second incarnation at The Battery. The offices aim to appeal to baseball-loving professionals who want to be part of the major mixed-use project, which sits just OTP.
The website for the new offices touts “the exciting energy of the stadium and The Battery’s vibrant ambiance,” as well as proximity to the “rebirthed Coca-Cola Roxy Theatre, an iconic venue where you can wind down from a hard day’s work and enjoy a concert or comedy show.”
Probably the best part is avoiding the traffic to the baseball games.
