A house for sale in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward with a rooftop deck.
Four levels of options.
Adams Realtors

There’s something quintessentially New Atlanta about owning more outdoor leisure options than you can count on one hand.

The roof. In warmer months. (Don’t trip).

This tall, blue-gray customer in the Old Fourth Ward offers just that. Crowned by a rooftop party zone, it sits prominently on a big lot fronting the Freedom Parkway PATH Trail and neighboring Jack’s Pizza.

Counting the backyard fire pit, there’s no less than six places to soak in a nice, unseasonably warm January day here.

As for numbers, the home claims four bedrooms, three and 12 bathroom, and 3,420 square feet. The WalkScore, as expected, clocks in at a stupendous 88. The elevator, we’re told, has four stops.

And the price: $965,000.

With its heavy moldings, stained-glass accents, wainscoting, and vintage-looking fireplaces, the property leans classically traditional. Certain aspects (see: black appliances and countertops) shout “2007,” the year it was built. But for deep-pocketed, social buyers who prize walkability and party-ready spaces, it could be a winner.

If convoluted property records are correct, this land last traded in 1999 for $1,100. Imagine that.
