From a wooded East Atlanta lot, a four-bedroom house has sprung that’s described by marketers as “comfortable contemporary” and “beautiful.”

Big on curb appeal and flush-to-yard porches, this new-build near Interstate 20 boasts 2,700 square feet, even, and a price of $519,900.

The covered outdoor spaces have green-hued ceilings to reflect the windowsills, which is a nice, unique touch.

Elsewhere, haters of horizontal vertical bathroom tiling might want to avert their eyes. The master (on main) comes with built-in, wall-mounted reading lamps and Brizo fixtures. The pro kitchen (note: waterfall quartz counters, Kitchenaid appliances) seems exceedingly elegant.

A double dose of back patios (one elevated, each with crucial ceiling fans) overlooks a rather ginormous backyard. Actually, that backyard is certifiably ginormous for intown Atlanta. It could either be viewed as a blank slate with loads of potential or a substantial, weekly summertime hassle. Or, well, just a nice big backyard.

Per the listing, the yard is a legit, level half-acre. Because nothing floats an intowner’s boat like acreage.

From here, it’s a bit of a hike to the EAV (Argosy is exactly one mile away). On the plus side, interstate access (westbound, at least) takes maybe 12 seconds.
