Although the asking price of $486,044 is significantly higher than similar homes in the area, a townhome this size is significantly cheaper in burgeoning Chamblee than, say, the Old Fourth Ward.
As a result, potential buyers could live the contemporary intown life without spending a bundle. Comparatively speaking.
Smaller units for sale at Townsend dip as low as $442,000 right now. Unfortunately, exterior photos are hard to come by at the moment.
