Construction has officially kicked off at Buckhead Triangle on one of Atlanta’s poshest forthcoming condo developments.
The Charles—named for local business legend Charles Loudermilk—will bring 57 units to the triangular site along Peachtree Road, next to Oliver McMillan’s The Shops Buckhead Atlanta development.
According to a press release following the recent groundbreaking, more than half of the units have already sold.
First announced more than a year ago, the development will feature two- and three-bedroom options, starting at more than $1.3 million. Additionally, the building will serve up 14,000 square feet of shared indoor and outdoor space, including guest suites, a dog walk, and an infinity pool.

At ground level, 30,000 square feet of retail space will replace the one-story commercial buildings that used to face Buckhead Triangle and Loudermilk Park.
The building is one of three ultra-high-end, unbuilt condo projects planned in the city, with Emerson and No2 Opus Place also vying for Atlanta’s elite.
With work now underway at The Charles, expect the building to deliver in late spring of 2019.
