Asking price for view-rific, high-floor unit reflects upgrades, general market sizzle.

Joining more than 20 Buckhead condos for sale in the $1-million-plus echelon at the moment, this updated high-floor pad at Buckhead’s Terminus building doesn’t want for sleek, contemporary style.

As Atlanta condos go, it’s quite a large corner unit, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an even 2,800 square feet. Also not small: the $1.2-million asking price and monthly, mortgage-esque HOA fees of $1,467.

But for fans of minimalism that isn’t cold (and Chicago-skyline wallpaper), the condo offers much.

Perks include the double dose of terraces and unrelenting windows equipped with motorized shades.

The long-range, southwest-facing, skyline panorama helps atone for more immediate views of parking lots. But based on all that’s down there, the WalkScore clocks in at a strong 82.

The kitchen’s granite and backsplash are fresh, and the Wolf range, Sub-Zero and wine fridges, party-ready bar, and the master suite’s expanded closets are nice.

Beyond the front door, amenities include a concierge, valet, sweet pool, non-raunchy fitness center, club room, dog walk, and media room.

This particular condo traded for about $300,000 less in January of last year, but the listing indicates upgrades that include new dark-oak flooring (alongside substantial market temperature rises) have occurred since.
