ITP near Hollowell Parkway, this circa-1920 home is an affordable option for those wanting an intown location.

On Atlanta’s western fringes in Center Hill, this three-bedroom, one-bath home underwent a complete renovation earlier this year to update the circa-1920 bones, and it now features a variety of amenities suitable for a “GORGEOUS RENOVATION” proclamation.

Think exposed beams in the living room, interesting light fixtures throughout, and the currently popular subway tile in the kitchen.

The stacked washer-dryer combo residing by the refrigerator in the kitchen is unexpected, but at least they are stainless to echo the other appliances.

With just 1,000 square feet, the house is small and the bedrooms reflect that; however, the vaulted ceiling in the living room does elongate the space, which makes it a good fit for that 50-inch TV—included with purchase!— over the fireplace.

Outside, it has off-street parking, the fairytale white-picket fence, and what appears to be a new deck overlooking the private backyard, complete with a storage shed.

Within walking distance of Center Hill Park and MARTA bus stops, potential homeowners could get around the city without a car if needed.

But the listing claims the house is close to the Beltline, and, if you have a car, it is. Otherwise, it’s a bit out of reach. Interstates 285 and 20 are pretty handy, though.

Even so, it is an ITP location and, with an asking price of $159,800, that oft-repeated listing claim could turn out to be true for potential buyers: “Your best life starts now!”
