‘Nearly new’ modern in Piedmont Heights is targeting $750K

Close to Buckhead and Midtown, this 2016 “amazing modern home” puts on a streamlined appearance inside and out

Built in 2016, this Piedmont Heights property offers much that epitomizes many modern Atlanta homes today: lots of bright white, concrete floors, sleek cabinets and countertops in the kitchen, vessel sinks in the bathrooms, and recessed lighting galore.

But don’t be surprised by traditional touches, too, such as the abundance of built-in shelving and a concrete patio overlooking the landscaped backyard.

So the aim, it appears, is to serve up an approachable mix. All located down the street from Fat Matt’s Rib Shack.

Of the four bedrooms and four baths, not one, but two are master suites—one on the main floor, the other on the second. The balcony off the second-floor master is a nice addition of private outdoor space.

In fact, there’s more than enough outdoor entertaining space, what with that patio off the main floor, plus all the parking (some carport, some parking pad) for friends.

It’d be interesting, though, to know what that wee outbuilding is; it’s hard to tell if it’s a storage building or a playhouse.

The asking price of $750,000 is definitely higher (by A LOT) than other homes sold in the area, but given its (mostly) new construction and location, this “amazing modern home” may still have a short stay on the market.
