A new two-towered apartment building is rising on East Paces Ferry, drawing the density of Buckhead Triangle into the heart of Buckhead Village.

Construction has reached 10 stories at Gables Buckhead, with four more to go. Ultimately, the two towers will stand on either side of a fifth-floor courtyard, complete with pool, dog park, grills, and a movie wall.

The project, first proposed more than three years ago, is slated to bring more than 320 residential units to the neighborhood. Also expect 2,400 square feet of street-level retail.

Slated to open next fall, the project will join an already crowded crop of new apartment offerings in the neighborhood, including Hanover Buckhead Village, Hanover East Paces, Camden Paces, and Broadstone Court.
