Central Perimeter’s overhaul into basically one gargantuan mixed-use development is continuing with a dash of swanky apartments.

Crescent Communities officials shared news today that they’ve locked up financing for an upscale apartment community in “Atlanta’s booming Perimeter neighborhood” called Crescent Perimeter. It’ll rise four and five stories within a 26-acre office park (Lakeside) very near Interstate 285 and Ga. Highway 400.
Grading work is already underway at the Glendrige Road site, officials said. The planned 320 apartments should be ready for move-ins in the third quarter of 2018. Expect one to three bedrooms and a concealed parking garage.
Kyle Brock, Managing Director in Crescent’s Atlanta Office, sounded optimistic in a press release: “With great access to both Perimeter and Buckhead jobs, shopping and restaurants, exceptional visibility and a well-appointed community, we anticipate strong demand for the residences when Crescent Perimeter comes online.”
Toward the beginning of this long cycle, the company developed central Buckhead’s Crescent Terminus (now Berkshire Terminus). They’re planning a 25-story tower near Lenox Square (see below) and hope to launch the recently unveiled “Crescent O4W” apartments in Old Fourth Ward soon.
Busy, busy.
