Step inside one of the fanciest apartment buildings in the city—if you have to ask how much it costs, you probably can’t afford it

Modera Midtown—one of the most amenity-laden buildings Atlanta has ever seen—is hurtling toward completion at 8th and Williams streets.

Since we toured the construction site last July, the tower has topped out, and work is wrapping up on the six-story podium in preparation for residents.

Featuring 435 luxury units, the 29-story tower boasts over-the-top perks like a rooftop dog park and lounge, skyline-view pools on the 26th and 27th floors, outdoor movie screens, and a swank-tastic Uber lounge for residents awaiting a ride.

For athletically inclined renters, there will be a 1/8-mile running track circling the seventh floor, next to the two-story gym, complete with yoga studio and outdoor fitness area.

Space in the building won’t come cheap, with one-bedroom units starting at nearly $1,700 a month. Two-bedrooms are going for up to $2,700.

The podium of the building, comprising the lower six floors, will welcome residents in the next few weeks. Work on the tower will continue for some time.

Have a look at the in-progress development today:
